Perhaps there's just a big misunderstanding over the meaning of the word "taint" (see USA Today article), but on the other hand, maybe it's exactly about semantics. How can there be taint if there's way more than a "trace" of suspicion? By the way, yes-- that is two taints in this post. Which don't make a right.
And speaking of semantics, shouldn't ESPN's town hall program have been called "Beyond 755" and not "Beyond 756"? I mean, if Big Barry had stopped at 756, the impact would have been the same.
